EPA extends comment period for comments regarding refrigerant management and venting.
Important update – The US EPA signaled that it would respond positively to the request from a number of SNAP stakeholders, including the Alliance (request attached), to extend the public comment period for the most recently proposed change of SNAP listing status rule (Rule 21).
Please note that the formal notice of that the deadline has been extended from June 2 to June 16.
